I bought a set from Pasdock Spares in the UK PM023 | Heavy Duty Steering Rods for Discovery 2 - with 4 ball joints - Paddock Spares

I only actually needed the tie rod due to the 'fixed' ball joint failing. These seems a more cost effective option to 'standard' aftermarket parts and cheaper than genuine LR.

I put the ones that Kelvo has put a link to on. I have not managed to bend them yet. I was bending the standard ones every time I was doing rocks. So I think they are definitely worth it.
    Cheers, David.

The Paddock ones (Tie rod, drag link & 4 rod ball ends) were $230 (£141) delivered back in March 2016.

I bought these a few months ago. Very happy with the fit and finish. Good boots on the ball joints. Built like the proverbial.

I think that if you are going to replace factory part like steering linkages, replacing with uprated parts is always a good idea. Peace of mind.

Cheers. I wasn't entirely positive on the manufacturer. The packaging was destroyed in transit.

    Congratulations by the way.

Ive been running the Paddock Spares units for years now. The price on them is fantastic and I've no significant issues - my only issue being that the one ball joints boot perished quickly and allowed dirt in which caused the ball joint to eventually fail. I've got another thread with the part number of replacement ball joint boots to suit which are available at Repco Auto Parts. The one balljoint can be replaced with a genuine Land Rover unit but the other due to reverse thread is only available from Paddock Spares - I've had no luck sourcing an alternative supplier or brand.

I got the brit part set too, very much worth it, as eventually you will have to replace a tie rod end that is crimped on (non replaceable) and the cost of that end with rod alone is getting close to the HD set, plus its stronger, all new both ends and rods, and both ends replaceable.
