so if ya do a head gasket and need to patch it here is what worked for me
dropped coolant filled with water dropped again then filled with cooling system cleaner ran till hot let cool and dropped out.
filled with 3 tins of silver seal then filled with water ran it a few times but was trying to use pressure to force particles through hole but did not work probably due to having pressure in system.
Left the 3 tins in their and got a bottle of chemi weld filled and bleed system took for drive to get hot then blocked radiator (roadside worker sign's are perfect size to block radiator) and got misses to sit in drivers seat when it would get too cold (under 95degC) id get her to put into drive and loaded it up on the converter.
ran for half hour like that on the verge of boiling controlling temp by load and how blocked the radiator was (if it got to hot unblock and spray hose on radiator to cool)
after about 10 mins it stopped blowing bubbles up from head gasket but went 20mins longer just to be sure.
then took both o rings off radiator cap so it wont pressurize the cooling system and have right since, but since its got 300K on it and auto is due soon rather then drop 5-10k on it in repairs to keep going will move it on and trade it in.
also top radiator hose screw part stuffed up

but found m10 bolts screw into the rubber hole so gave a heap of permatex ultrablack and a hose clamp over the top and no leaks even when system was at max pressure that i could hardly squeeze the pipe so anther dodge if ya get stuck somewhere.
so headgasket in abottle worked just need a fair bit
was talking to anther mechanic mate and we both agreed that the reason why it failed after only a 100'000 km since last done is when they skimmed the head the their was not enough surface hardening left so over time with all the heat cycles the head gasket has been able to move and chafe a little bit and over time has worn into the head due to loosing hardness and then the head has lost a little bit of pressure on it which has then allowed cylinder pressure to bypass into the cooling passage some where.
so if you get a head reco ether get it re hardened or use a heap of hylomar on it to try and stick gasket to the head much better
