    Wire under dash, any ideas????

    While replacing the cabin air temp sensor I found a loose wire. Yes there are a few.

    There is one that looks interesting. The has 4 wires, Red, Black and a paired yellow/green.

    Seems to head up around the radio maybe..

    Nup that's still connected and now on the right side of the dash.

    That's not factory. Possibly an old hands free kit. Is it live with the ignition?

    I just checked and one is live all the time. Ie no key in car.

    That is a 4 pin minifit connector. It is a standard hands free kit connector, also used on many other comms equipment. I'd bet it is an old hands free cradle kit with charger power for the phone.
