No gripes from me. I'm a potential customer so I'm watching this topic to decide between td5inside & the local TRS one.

Someone else can answer this question: i don't have a NNN ECU do obviously I'll need to buy 1, are there any other flashable ECU's or is the NNN it?

steve_a Thank you for your positive input.

It could be something to think in the future although and I do appreciate your offer and we can actually chat about how to make it easyer for costumers and me but ... I must say I prefer the contact and fine tune then just being a databank... so the ideal cenario is to actually have all those informations selected and have them send so that I can know exactly what to do regarding a map in a single email instead of asking questions and changing few emails before getting to the first map.... the one size fits all its really not for me.... even if it makes 80% of the costumers happy, i really want to have them over the moon

And there are a lot more configurations then that... only standard there´s about 82 different td5 maps... when you change intercoolers and turbos there´s something more to change and when you get to different turbos specially VNTs you really need to have something absolutely tailored... exausth type, snorkel, etc etc, all is important for the matter.

If you go to the Allisport route of turbos go for the hybrid one Trust me You will be fine And the VNT turbo they have is not 1000aud cheaper then ours .... ( not debatting pros and cons about what each one of them can offer and what it is...that´s a differente story)

You are right it does take long to build a company reputation but every company has their ups and downs and I´m relief my down is excess of work and not product/service quality when its done... also relief its something that I recognized being our weak point and I´m sure it will be fixed

    Thank you

PS - By the way, there are costumers that received damaged turbos in Australia and they got a replacement one in a week FOC even before they send the damaged ones back... Lets just not generalize all this.. Like I said, I give priority to reply existing costumers so problems, if they ever happen, wont take that long to be solve

    Hi John,

    You have 3 possibilities....

1 - Getting a remapped chip and a socket and have it fit on your ecu at an electronic shop next to you!
2 - Getting an ECU already remap either nnn or msb with imobilizzer removal ( will be plug and play)!
3 - If you have a nanocom , getting either an msb or nnn ecu that you then can match to your car... an nnn will allow you to upload maps when you want which means its easyer to achieve a map 100% matching your specs.

    Cheers,

Gotcha...NNN it is. Sounds easiest option. Thanks

    Hello Mike,

After my request from early this morning I have now spend quite a bit to try and locate your email reporting wrong nanocom ID because I found very odd the fact that you were not marked as urgent matter....

Tried to match your name and nickname from the forum and end up with our comunications... the last one I have is an email sent from me 5 days with the map and nothing from you reporting issues.

    This is all i got

    Oops moment

I might just owe Jose an apology.

Whilst I did send him an email the subject was simply that I had the map.

I didn't in anyway describe that I was letting him know I had a problem so he would have paid no attention to the email if he was busy.

    Bugger.

    Cheers

    Mike

Hi Jose, I am an existing customer and love the map you did for me about 18 months back. I got a HD torque converter in June this year and you said you would like to do a new map for me to get the best out of it. I sent my map back to you in July, and again a couple of months later and am still to get an updated one back.

My email address is in the title, if you get a spare moment you would make me a happy man. All details of upgrades to the car are in the email I have sent to you.

D2a, EGR delete, silicon hoses, mid-muffler and cat gone, one hotdog where mid box was. Running 265/75/16’s standard height, EGT & Boost gauge fitted and nanocom recently bought. Performance is name of the game, please wave that magic wand !!

    Cheers, Matt.

    Hi Matt,

Adjustments are free of charge as you know, even if its 18 months after the first map has been done

Revised map for you to try will be sent later today.

    Thank you
