It's a Td5. Sounds like a percussion and rattle orchestra.

I would suggest that you check your centre muffler - my friends TD5 auto had the same problem - we took out the back seats to move a fridge and discovered that you could hear the rattle from the muffler through the back seat bolt holes. After we swapped centre mufflers he no longer had the noise - I did. The hardest part was getting my one back. It was the internal baffles rusted a little and they were rattling.....

    Another great suggestion thanks.

As for the 'air release type of sound', a Nanocom has picked logged a pressure control valve Fault. Not sure if this is trans or ACE as I haven't had a chance to look at RAVE yet. Hopefully this is the cause of that other sound.

I have a similar vibration noise that I noticed.

When I tightened the exhaust nuts I noticed the exhaust heat shield was rattling on the manifold.
I bent the mount a little and the noise was gone - for a week. The noise has changed again so I think they moved it at the last service..
