Thread: Front seat base question

The LH front seat base has some rust from years of damp carpet. Where the LH rear bolt attaches to to floor pan.

I have electric seats. I can get a base from a manual seat will it work? How do I get the seat rails to move past the mechanical stops?

Edit: Looks like these are a unit. I'll clean it up and live with it.

I'm not sure the manual seat will work as the rails are different.
