    Tablet as GPS

I recently acquired a Galaxy Tab A. Its the 7" model.
As Navbitch finally carked it I'd like to use this for GPS purposes.

    Any advice on
    A : software
    B : mounting bracket.

I would like it to sit up on top of the dash.

Will I need a shroud if its up there?

Pedro a Ram seat rail bracket, long flexible arm and Tough Tray 2 universal tray is the go. I have used mine off road many times with an IPad 2. I like memory map and the maps they use.

    Cheers

M8 it's the best gear. I like the TT2 because it holds the tablet tight but also will take any sort.

I also use RAM in the boat

Oziexplorer with Hema maps is one of my long running tools.

You may even find the maps for free
