    ACE

Hi all,Just ressurecting the d2a after a couple of years of being parked up and started every now and then. The ace light is on.i have a msv2 from blackbox solutions the same mob who makes nonocom the codes are.[1] lower accelerometer signal out of range 0.05 vdc for 250ms or more. [masked fault]:[48] main relay test has failed.have swapped the relays, when i turn the relay on with the msv it clicks continually so presume the relay is not a problem ,fuse is fine and has voltage.I then run a bleed the system on the msv and nothing happens ie: the vehicle dosn't sway as it used to other times i have run the bleed.the pump is circulating oil in the tank. Also seem to remember that it may clear after the vehicle reaches 40ks\hr but this may be something else.anyone have an idea.

That software if it's the same like the one used in nanocom is not the best to read fault codes when it comes to ACE cos it can give wrong ones but it's reliable on live data so remove the relay, bridge the perpendicular cavities in the fusebox, start the engine and read stationary live inputs, especially pressures then post the results here...i'll tell you if something is suspect then.

Yes, 30 - 87 to emulte a closed relay as to be able to read live inputs cos while the warning is on the relay is open and the ECU has no feed to deliver data

SF is likely sleeping atm ..... he means for you to bridge the 2 vertical slots that you observe when you remove the relay ....

I've just got up before you posted ... the two perpendicular slots(neglecting the middle one (30 - 87)
