    Guilty. I just use a black Penrite grease. Been using it for years on both our cars but then I do get under the car and grease everything about every 5000k.

    And from what I've seen cleanliness is often lacking, and I'm talking "professionals".
    Its very easy to introduce contamination by not purging the gun and wiping clean and not cleaning the nipple properly.
    Again, guilty. I just give the gun a cursory wipe and I probably only get the worst of the gunge off the nipple. The nipple thing for the prop shaft centre ball never got cleaned because it's such a PITA to get to what with getting things at the right angle and dropping the shaft, etc.
