    Td5 water sensor

    Hi all I have a coolant leak at my temperature sensor I put a new housing on and now the sensor is leaking is there a gasket or can I use lock tight on the thread to stop it leaking any help would be greatly appreciate thanks.

    Haven’t used it, but high temp (high performance) thread sealant would probably do the job. Think permatex do one. Maybe try supercheap? Good luck. Josh

    No need of any sealant, the proper ERR6192 dowty washer is compulsory
    Discovery Td5 (2000), manual, tuned
