    You guys crack me up

Id be happy if i saw a tyre service centre use a TW and understand why they should but unfortunately i haven`t seen any use one yet .
Yes my pet hate are tyre centres and their bloody rattle guns

Yes i still use lock nuts but they come off by me before any stoned zombie gorilla tyre fitter goes near my car with his bloody rattle gun

After i have had tyres fitted and im home i undo the wheel nuts then re torque manually no TW needed Never had a issue
    Carry on boy`s

    Must have sacked a few

    general rule for landrovers.

after the II went to the larger wheel nuts landrovers always use 110 for the torque.

foot pounds for the heavy duty and alloys

    newtonmeters for the light rims.

IIRC 120-130lb/ft for the HD (Wolf) rims, or the nuts may loosen.

Ian, at your age if you are having trouble with your nuts maybe you need a referral to a men's health specialist.

Well after losing my rear passenger side wheel a bit over a week ago and screwing the disc rotor, shield, wheel sensor, studs and tearing the rear guard I might just do this. Gonna be fun when you need to get them off though. I was pretty certain that someone tried to steel my wheels as when it did depart I found both fronts also loosened off, so 3 in total, now I get maybe a wheel nut or 2 coming loose but all 5 on 3 wheels at the same time?
