Pull one out and take a look at it..? I'm not familiar with them but have no doubt that you'd likely be able to match up the thread type locally - just depends if it has something funky going on with the head. Generally the exhaust manifold bolts on engines are pretty straight forward and easy to replace.
Is it just surface rust? If so, threads and that might be fine and you can just clean them up.
EDIT: Microcat lists ERR6734 as the bolts.

Looks like they could easily be replaced with alternative flanged bolts.
ERR6318 is the spacer for them.
