Can you hear the fuel pimp running for a short while after switching on the ignition?

No mate, no buzzing like I usually hear. Maybe the relay?

More likely the fuel pump has expired.

You could bridge the fuel pump relay socket's switched contacts to check for current draw. Typically the pump motor brush holders melt.

The gist is that if it's a fuel delivery issue then nanocom is useless cos that system is not covered by diagnostics

Is there a way of testing the pump when out of the car?
