Just another headache that can be avoided but some people like headaches I guess.
The other standard connectors on the plenum like the idle valve connector and the crankcase sucker on the passenger side are all brass so there is not an issue - the coolant connectors for the throttle body sensor do corrode though they do have coolant going through them.
