Subscriberhi Ihave asked this before but Iam having trouble finding what mhz my remote works at the chip on the circet board inside the key fob has a date of 29/06/01 and a number above that as 293ED7 now my ecu has the numbers and letters of MBS101330 don't know if any of this helps but if someone can give me a MHz number for that circuit board that would be great thanks.

SupporterSorry cant help with the diagnosis from the numbers you have given but as i understand there’s really only two ways to be sure:
1. Expose the RF receiver which is in between the roof and the roof lining and it apparently has the frequency marked on it
2. Find someone with a frequency ‘sniffer’

Probably 433.92 MHZ, for European, Japanese and Asian vehicles, according to this:

So just to be sure. 433mhz are used in Australia, Oceania,
And the 315mhz is used in America?
