    Td5 oil cooler

    Does anybody who's replaced their oil cooler o rings know the correct torque setting for the 2 big banjo bolts?

    Uumm oil cooler o rings? Do you mean the fuel cooler? That has orings. I don't recall any banjo bolts.

    Inside the oil cooler, has banjo bolts at the heat exchanger. Need to pull oil cooler body off to see them.
    This is done when repairing the internals.

    Sorry can't help with info re: the torque settings.

    I found this

    Oil cooler housing to cylinder block bolts. 25 Nm (18 lbf.ft)

    Oil cooler pipe clip bolts. 9 Nm (7 lbf.ft)

    This is the info I'm after. There doesn't seem to be any torque specs anywhere. I think they're an M20 thread. I guess I'll just tighten them by feel. Would be nice to know the recommended tightening torque tho.

    Pretty sure I only go to around 50nm when I do them, but tighten them up evenly
