Well today I replaced the Oil Cooler Gasket in Bessie.
Everything went to plan until the removal of the Centrifugal oil filter. 2 Things happened.
- The top right bolt was just spinning in its housing, not biting into anything. When I removed the bolt I found that there was thread stuck to the bolt. So will be addressing that tomorrow. The same thing happened when I replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator a few months back, and to fix I replaced the original bolt with a longer bolt, so will see if that works again,
 - The bolt on the left side of the Centrifugal filter also was an issue. The 10mm head was rounded. After asking questions in another post on the forum, I managed to remove the bolt by forcing a 9mm socket onto the rounded 10mm head. I was then able to remove the bolt.... Happy days

I have now cleaned all the separate parts that I have removed and replaced the required gaskets, o-rings and washers.
Thats it for today. I will refit everything tomorrow.

Will post the final result tomorrow once I have completed the refit.
Have a great night everyone.
Cheers
Matt
