Get one from Roverlord. OEM Glasgow manufacturing, I think.

As said in previous posts on here "quality is everything" especially in a D2 radiator.

Having said that, DazzaTD5 fitted a good second hand one he scored to my D2a in Oct 17 and it ran beautifully until sold in July 19 (don't know after that).

I pulled mine out after 18years and removed an end tank to have a look.
All of the tubes were clear although the bottom 2 rows looked a bit suss.
i wonder if it is possible to undo the cleats and rod it and then replace the end tanks with a bit of silastic or gasket stuff on the gasket, as that seems to be the only stopper.
I couldn't be bothered as the GM is pretty cheap and I want reliability on my travels.
If the end tanks leak just give a tap on the cleats that hold the gasket.

Stick with the "Genuine" LR radiator
About 3 years ago I had the radiator, water pump, thermostat and every single Hose replaced with "Genuine" parts and haven't had ANY dramas whatsoever with the cooling system despite doing 12,000 K's in 40C+ temps towing a 2t boat and another 18,00K's since then.
The "Genuine" radiators work just fine so why fit a dodgy eBay radiator when the "Genuine" ones are Not that expensive anyway.

Yep pretty sound advice. I changed mine from a genuine LR original to the aluminium only because it was getting a bit too warm in heavy towing, and the bigger replacement fixed that niggling concern.
