    Td5 serpentine belt.

What size bolt for the tensioner?
Does the fan need to be removed?

Are not the bolts etc. metric? Apart from the prop shaft? Or is it 11/16 on the V8?

Mine's a diesel, I used an 11/16 single hex and it fitted exactly.
IIRC my D1 V8 one was 5/8" but I thought the Td5 was metric.

the tensioner is moved using the 14mm bolt, no the fan doesnt need to come off although it is easier.

remove the shroud and drop a sheet of cardboard down in front of it before you start taking the fan off.
