I also reprogrammed my EKA. Now that I am trying to bring my D2 back to life, I wish I still had the Nanocom, as I don't recall what my EKA is now. I'm hoping it's 1,1,1,1. Lol
Interesting point about the EKA, I might reset mine also, I've got no idea what it is.

One of my Brothers has a '93, 3.5l petrol D1.

He bought it almost new, and does all the work on it himself.

Now almost up to 400 000km,replaced head gaskets as they were weeping coolant at around 320 000,has been the only real issue.

Cams were replaced at the same time,as it was apart, they were not badly worn.

The rest of the vehicle is original, paintwork is stuffed, though.

The D2a we had was the best of the D2 run by far,the others we had, had issue after issue.

Mine was something like 10, 8, 10, 10. Imagine doing that and getting the last one wrong. Nanocom will tell you what it is, I'm sure. I have the original card the car came with, very faded now, with EKA and radio code ( remember them? ), but I know I changed the EKA. Hope I was as smart as I think, which is unlikely, given the evidence.

Actually mine had a double digit number in there also which I thought was stupid. In that case I'll just look it up on the Nanocom... and perhaps keep a record of it this time.

Wish i had. Car has been in downtime for nearly three years. I can just imagine what the Rovertronics have got up to in that time.

Don’t make a note - change it. To something quick and easy.
