    Underbody protection sources from oz?

    Hi all.

Anyone recently purchased any underbody protection for their d2? Ill be damned if i can find anything for sale that isn't from Europe.
Trying to keep costs down so hoping to avoid custom made stuff.

Only other post i found was an old post on here from 2011. Not particularly helpful.

    Guards

Shayne, had this problem too when looking to buy some diff and steering guards.

Back Christmas time the delivery costs were extremely reasonable from the UK against being able to purchase diff guards for around $75 each and the steering guard for $140 with the delivery less than $60 which I thought more than reasonable. Just had a quote for 8 slip on clips for the rear air bags (a thick letter and no more) and they quoted me this for postage

"This would be £40 at the moment,"

Needless to say I declined the quote! Check the delivery costs against the considerable purchase saving but what I have found that the delivery times are more than reasonable and as to waiting for over two weeks for a FPR and just on two weeks for a front tie rod locally, sometimes they come quicker...

Ben no longer makes D2 parts. I think I got the last two diff guards. Ben had sold them to Rova Range, I got a pair from them.

While off road parts are not the core business, I thought he still fabricated to order. Worth a phone call.

That's a lot of protection, but it might compromise ramp over.
