    Auto Gearbox Oil Change

Changed the oil in my auto yesterday just as normal maintenance and as I was pouring the old oil in to a waste container i noticed what seemed to me to be quite a lot of debris in the oil, should I be concerned.
The gearbox has given no trouble at all and shifts nice and smooth. The oil I use is Castrol DEX III and have done around 7-8 oil changes since I've had it over the past 4 years. Its on a TD5 with 250k on it and i have just recently had a mild tune put on it (thanks TD5ZILLA) I don't normally tow anything bigger than a small trailer but have a 2-3 ton boat to move on the weekend. Any info would be much appreciated.

    Thanks
    Mark

looks like clutch material, either from clutch packs or torque converter clutch.
might be worth even more frequent services so you can keep an eye on it.
hopefully the tuner has mapped to be kind to the auto on changes.
Worth using full synthetic if tuned and/or towing
    I use penrite atf/fs.

Thanks discorevy will give it a full service with new filter and maybe change the fluid to fully synthetic. The tune is on the mild side to be able to tow with the 32” tyres, I’m not towing on a regular basis.
Is there a way of removing all the fluid in one go or is it a matter of doing 2 or 3 changes until the fluid is clean.
    Thanks for any info
