The code you quoted could simply be the engine ecu not responding, which of course it won't if it's got no power.

A fair suggestion but right now can't get my head around where to even start with the radio and wipers. Baz has suggested that maybe when the belt flipped it might have knicked some wires. That's my next place to look.

There are some earths in front of the air cleaner bottom on the radiator support.

A common link point for the radio/wipers and ign switch at accessories is FL8 in the engine bay.

Check to see if there are any wiring issues, or in the case of the link(50A) in the engine bay, make sure connection is secure. It's a fusible link, like a large fuse, but clear plastic top(marked FL8, and a key symbol on the inside of the lid).

Pull it out and re-seat it. May just be a bit dirty/rust/loose connection and not enough power getting through to the internal fuse box to run those items.

Doesn't explain the lights tho.
Are all light not working? Or just headlights, but sidelights/park/tails come on?

Thanks AK83. I have checked the FLs but will do so again. I'm thinking I may go through both fuseboxes, pulling everything out and reseating.
Lights are now all working. Previously none.
