I realise that, I was just making a point that it'll stay wherever it was, if you trigger extended mode, that's where it'll stay, if it's in offroad, ditto, if it's in on road, ditto again.

Kaaaiju has 35inch wheels and a 3 inch lift. I doubt the OP has (or needs) SLS and extended mode.

So a switch on the ignition feed to the SLABS ECU would resolve the TC issue and allow the OP to spin up the wheels in the mud Toyota style. D2a TC disable

What's extended mode? I can gain 2" on the switch, in low range, under 40 kph. Other than that, I am unaware of any other options.

It is a design feature of the SLS system that if the vehicle gets "grounded" the SLS can pump up a bit further into "extended mode" after you are no longer grounded it will revert back by itself.

I own a few of these vehicles, driven numerous others, I've only ever had one that does it, I'd suggest the system fails quite frequently, which is why you don't know what it is!

That and the fact that I've never grounded it.
    Thanks for the information.
