Hi all I own a hawk eye but don't think I can test my MAP sensor is there a way to test the MAP with or without the Hawkeye.
    Thanks Phil

    Hi Phil,

Can you record a log with a Hawkeye?

    If so post one up.

Yes, replace it with a new one and see the difference!

Not such a silly suggestion if yours is original.

Both my MAP and MAF were way out of spec at 340,000km. Replacement made a massive difference to general drivability esp at lower engine speeds.
    Cheers

Go into "live data" and read the live values, the MAP(manifold absolute pressure) reading should be very close to the ambient pressure at idle and the "inlet air temp" very close to the outside temp, both from cold start
