Remove external 'A' pillar trim, how??

I wanted to remove the trim, to run an aerial cable inside and then onto the car. I have removed the three screws and 'plugs'? Still not loose.

easiest way to explain it is ....

    Youtubes!

but beware, someone may have previously 'sikaflexed' it onto the body, and renders it immovable.
Except in tiny bits(like I had to on my spares shell).

I wondereed what he was using the hammer for, as I have screws not the plastic rivets. I am sure that the rivets can be removed without them falling in the A pillar.
