Yes it can. I don’t know if it’s a feature on all of them but on mine if you engage low range with the key off it will disable TC, ABS and HDC when switched on. Have to go back to High, switch off and on again to switch them back on.Originally Posted by d2dave;[URL="tel:3230353"

I drove mine to Tuncurry and back, around 2000 km round trip, without a rear tailshaft
and last year half way across the Simpson desert with out a rear tailshaft.
Whether or not TC was working I have no idea, but there were no unusual chimes or dash lights on.
The week spent crossing the desert the CDL was locked the whole time.
Now we have had this conversation I am going to take note. Will be on the Simpson Desert again in about 17 days.
I will report back on my findings.
