You would need to lower the tank to get access to the vent line. If you can find the hole, it could be repaired if the pressure is low. If the leak is from a fuel pump line, then you need to replace the part. You can have a look where the fuel lines exit the tank by removing a cover in the boot. These do wear through. At least on the TD5, diesel they do.
