    Cat delete.

What size pipe do I need for a Td5 cat delete?

Measure the downpipe under the turbo with a caliper, simple as that

You can also just buy a delete pipe, which replaces the original pipe back to the muffler.

A bit rich for me, I reckon I can do the job at home for under $100.

    No O² sensors?

No sensors of any kind, you can just cut the cat out, post it over to me for free, and fit a straight bit of pipe.

Have a guess why I want to do it at home.

Is there really enough good stuff in a D2 cat to cover the postage across the country, James?

You could probably just buy a pre-update down pipe pretty cheaply from someone dismantling a Disco2. They never had cats in them.

Potentially the benefit of buying one of those fandangled ones however, is that I understood the factory flex is a choke, and it might address that if its an issue. I've never looked inside mine.
    Cheers
