 I don't personally know of, but have seen and read about some in the 700K range. 
My D2(2002) is now up to 425K and motor is still good. 
My bro actually bought it, I think with mid 300's K, but he got himself other cars, and I grabbed it off him and never gave it back ...  .... I got it at 385K and put the last 40ish on it since about 2020 or so(but I have 2 others cars to drive too).

So I only know it's history since mid 300K klms, and other than normal stuff(like waterpump, hoses or whatever) had no real probs at all with it. I'm not a regular tow driver, but for about a year just gone, it did regularly two 1-2t trailer loads. 
So far(for me) only major problem with it had been the exhaust, one broken stud in the head, I thought going to be a major pain, but came out easily enough(for a crap job) and I had the modded exhaust ceramic coated while it was out.
