Need help with Td5 d2 manual box issue

Hi I'm looking for answers re td5 manual box ...
I have 2002 td5 that seems to be leaking oil around top left side (passenger side of box ) .. it's also getting stuck in reverse like it's not able to disingage the clutch or something ... Anyway I have to be rolling n pumping the clutch while trying to move the leaver out of reverse.. can anyone offer some reasons n solutions if possible
I've also noticed that my alternator light comes on and off when I take it off road like as if it's a lose connection however everything is tight n sealed... And tonight I noticed the car seems to zap me like a static shock type feeling if Im leaning on the car while tightening the terminals clamps on positive side ofain battery ... Can u offer a way to test with out a scan tool please 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Why ask a moderator for technical help?

Why not post the D2 section - designed specifically for the type of information you are asking.

The clutch is dragging and with oil leaking from the vicinity, the clutch slave cylinder is likely to be leaking.

The earth strap between the body and the engine may be broken. I don't recall where it is though.

Follow the lead from the battery to where it bolts onto the motor and check that is tight. Sounds like it's loose!
