    brake light earth on D2

    behind the drivers side brake lens there is a collection of cables used for a trailer plug in England??? is there an EARTH in amoungst this lot?

    I'm pretty sure that there is as the plastic light clusters have to be earthed.

    There should be 7 wires on it (Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Brown, Black and White) standard trailer config. White is earth.

    Looking on RAVE, and it's best if someone double checks this, but the earth should be a solid black wire.

    All the earth wires I've seen on mine are solid black.
