How to add air into your SLS via an external compressor

I havent read of anyone else doing this,,,

It appears my SLS compressor gave up over the weekend and I was, luckily at a mates house who was a fair mechanic in a different life,,
after a fair amount of trial and error
it seems that if you remove the CENTRE air line,,

have the engine running,, press the "extended mode" button,, (dash light MUST be flashing)
you can inject air into the SLS via an external compressor---
the brass connector is 8mmx1.25 and its 4mm air line.

a simple 12" dongle with a normal tyre valve on the other end might be a wise investment.
