    Disco 2 ~ 12v Auxillary Socket Wiring??

Does anybody know how to rewire the rear 12 volt auxillary outlet from only working with the ignition switch in the Accessory position or On, to being 'hot' wired?
    Vehicle is 2000 model Disco 2 TD5.

    Thanks in advance.

So what does the wire behind the stop light do?
Surely they didn't just put it there thinking, "someone might need a nice big live wire here one day", sounds to good to be true!

I would be keen to know what to look for.
