Thread: Need help

Hi all Iam new to this forum so hear goes. I am looking at buying a 2001 TD5 auto with 114,500km's with a tow bar and no bullbar. I was just wondering if there is anything I should be aware of?. I have own 4WD'S all my life had a Suzuki for 3yrs then a Hilux ute for 12yrs and now a Landcrusier ute for 6yrs but have had nothing to do with a Disco. I have been told they pull well is this true? as I own a 6.3m plate boat and up here in the N.T. we do a bit of towing.

We stayed in a caravan park at Dubbo during the break and a bloke with a TD5 auto rolled in with a pretty massive caravan in tow, four passengers I'm guessing a decent amount of luggage. It was quite warm too.
