A little bit of nose down looks much better than a little bit of nose up - although if too high in the rear, it can look like a horse in season.

I reckon it looks well proportioned.

Hmmm, might be fresh build...no spare wheel carrier, very, very shiny.

Was the "Series II" badge dropped on D2a?

Well... I like it! One Powerball

I always liked the pocket headlights on the 2a as well.

    Cheers

Can do whatever you want............. till you're in an accident or a copper actually knows some modding laws......... :-)

A while ago in 4x4 action there was a D2 with the LRA 2.5" bl, looks mad. Dont think any engineer will/can sign off on them either, so if he ever in a crash he may find himself in trouble......... One of the reasons i got a base model D1 instead of D2 was the lack of SRS airbags, i really wanted the bigger boot of the D2.

Quick question, if you change the transfer case gears instead of the diff ratios, does this affect HIGH or LOW range or BOTH????

    Cheers.

If you change the transfer case only you will only affect the low range ratio and not high range. If want better ratios in high and low ratio then you can change the diff ratios or even regear the gearbox. I think generally, and I am sure someone else will comment, that the most cost effective way is do do your diffs.

Sorry, but you have that the wrong way around.

Maxi-drive is the only way to change the low range ratio in a t/case.

    I think you can get 1.0. 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6 high ranges

Normal, Maxidrive 30% and Maxidrive 49% low range.
    Cheers
