Looks good.
Looks like the flares and nudge bar came up alright.

Biggest problem was seeing your Bar and Flares when I picked them up :o
Light sand of the flares and hit them with a satin finish paint and all Good. Never got around to doing anything to the bar.
Found that once I added them I loved the look of the Disco even more.
It is that fine line between between cost, and keeping the wife happy to let me spend the money and still be seen in it :D
It is never going to be modded to the hilt, but it has done everything above and beyond what I have asked of it. With the addition of the lift and tyres it is becoming more and more capable.
I have one of those nudge bars, the factory one, and don't underestimate them. I am getting an arb bar very soon though.
I had the misfortune to assist skippy to a better life just recently, the bar took a decent whack but stayed true. Broke a spotty and knocked an indicator out, but better than a grille or what's behind it.
Love the white d2s btw. Nice looking rig and they don't need to be modded to the hilt to take you where you want to go, though some mods done sensibly will make it easier.
Cheers.
Good luck

Hi All
We got this Td5 auto to replace our trusty D1 which struggled a bit with towing. The previous owner passed on several issues which other owners may be familiar with, and which I am slowly but surely sorting out.
Mods so far are
- new springs and shocks
- EGR bypassed
- UHF, HF and Mobile phone installed
- Second battery in the rear
- fitted fridge, compressor and 60l water tank
Thanks to the people in this forum for the entertaining banter and technical advice. Keep on Rovering!

Just thought id post my new 04 D2a S 7 V8 Classic Town... Back to the LR and I can tell you, I couldn't be happier. Purchased a GU Patrol after my 98D1V8 cooked itself, but it just didn't seem right for me, there wasn't even a flutter of the heart when the GU drove out of the driveway, but when in the street I saw the D2a when we went to have a look, I just couldn't contain my excitement lol
Anyway, here she is
