    EGR Removal

    Gday All,could someone who has done this please tell me when jou blank the valve do you remove the old lines..1 goes to the inlet manifold but the other seems to go to the aircleaner box..Would this be right,if so do you blank off the aircleaner box as well.

    Nobby,thanks for the reply I have that infront of me but was just unsure about if the line goes to the aircleaner if that does need to be blanked or removed.I would hate to have to put it back together.

    heres the deefer version from this site, just change the word disco for deefer and your on the money.

    oh and dont try to put your tools on the wing.

    Ean have a look at TD5Alive! Td5 Fitting Instructions - Performance Diesel Tuning for most modern Cars and Vans. there are fitting instructions for their EGR bypass kit that I used when doing the job on my D2.
