    SLS Calibration Blocks

    Hi To everyone
A few weeks back i replaced both Rear Height sensors because the connecting link was cracked.
To replaced them i simply disconnected the battery removed the old ones and fitted the new ones.
The level seemed approx ok till i was under the car and noticed that the distance of the rear bump stop where diffrent distances approx 1 cm.
Reading the Rave manual it shows you need sls calibration blocks!!!
Does anybody have the drawing plans to home make these things?
    Thanks
    Vince

The blocks are used in conjunction with a nanocom to achieve the correct height setting & set it, as I understand it.

What I've done is - on a level surface jacked the rear from the towbar to desired height then stored the new heights to the nanocom (somewhere around 130-140) Removed the jack & check heights again. I'm not quite sure if this method is ok but it seems to work.

A couple of blocks of wood between the between the axle and the bump stop at the disired height would do the trick!
