					Its called a squab release handle.  Part numbers HXO100020 (RH) or HX0100030 (LH).  Comes in grey or black (black add suffix PUY to part no).  The handle is locked unless the lower catch fully engages with the latch in the floorspace.  Some judicious slamming of seat into the latch until it properly engages may be required! 					I bought one myself a year or so ago from someone in UK - he never made a fuss about it being difficult to locate.  Search for part no in google brings up britcar.co.uk so must be able to get it sent to you if not at local dealer/shops.
