    Vibration @ 70-75km speed only

    hi All,

Own a D2 td5 with approx 140k. Has developed a strange vibration of the steering wheel quiet obvious and appears to be getting worse only at 70-75km/hr. It is not evident below or above these speeds. Have not rotated tyres though dont think this is it. Have not checked underneath yet not sure what to check. Could it be the engine or auto box mounts. would love to sort it out sooner rather then later. any suggestions please

I would recommend getting the wheels rebalanced.Even being a little out of balance can cause noticable vibration.
    Cheap and simple starting point.

Have a look at the front prop shaft universal joints too (even though you do it regularly, right ).
It doesn't sound like it but you never know.
