    Had to replace the water pump as well +, new drain plug , 9hrs and counting ...hav,nt tryed somthing like this for over 20 years and l am enjoying it ...

    Those TD5 sump drain plugs can be a real pain. I will only use a 6 sided socket when un-doing mine.

    As for rounded heads on such bolts, I have found using a center punch along the outer edge usually works,
