We've found they're very reliable - once you pull them apart and put them together again, replacing any English bits on the way 
Really, they were a great car in their day, let down by appalling build quality, and in some ways deservedly sent Leyland Aus. to its doom.
A good one is much better to drive than contemporary Kingswood/Falcon equivalents.
My mates all think I'm doubly mad, for having them, and wanting a Landie....maybe they're right!
