    Had the same problem as well with the loose ARB bar....

    fixed it by getting a couple of wedges that you to use on the top of pick axe handles and the like to secure the head on . Then jacked up the bar so that it was starting to lift the vehicle and then hammered the wedges into the bottom gap at the back of the crash can and the chasis rail.

    no more problem......
