Hi Darren,
The washer itself has a little plastic cover that when removed has a phillips head screw beneath it.
Undo this & the washer will come away from the bumper but only by an inch or 2, then grab a pair of pliers & squeeze the hose clamp together & pull off the broken/damaged washer nozzle. Fit the new one while you still have hold of the hose clamp & then screw it back onto the bumper.
Its easier doing it this way as the new washer comes with a length of hose & it is harder to route the hose than to just replace the washer jet.
