Things went a bit pair shaped mate, had to look after a sick wife (on the mend now)and blew a transfer case, replacing with a substitute today to get me out of trouble while the other one gets the once over.
i have been playing with the watts link a bit.
This looks pretty good, will look into this A frame, wonder about helm joints on it?. Price is good.I want one, i'll be thinking about this all week now....!!!! e-mailing him now
    Thanks Mark.

Simon that looks like a very handy setup i wonder how much you will gain to what my set up is now nowing that i still have room to push it further

i guess that set up would be almost limitless
    cheers kelvin

Absolutely. With the normal radius arm design the more the suspension articulates, the more the suspension links (ie not the springs) will resist allowing it to further articulate.

This setup will remove that characteristic from the suspension, and I would expect that for most lifted setups, even without changing the springs and shocks that you would get greater articulation. As you say, limitless travel also, though there are watts linkage parts that will also allow that type of thing.

The design above is very standard for competition offroaders like rock crawling buggies etc.

So does this removed the need for the watts linkage/panhard? or is that what the bit sticking out from the top links is? I wonder just how bolt on this is? And if so is it going to need to be made to the size of your lift because they dont say that its adjustable. I do like the currie johnny joints in it but.

Be interested to see what sort of price you can get it landed for baffle? Let me know because this has gone to the top of the list of mods, its saved me from getting a RRC, or even worse, an 80 series.

It looks like the watts linkage is kept and connects centre pin shown on the picture.

If this is the case though, would you really get more travel?

the whole point of this setup is to get rid of watts linkage and alter to a 4 link kit ,i have spoken to them and prity much works like a A frame adjustment is not required and it is 2hr job to bolt on he is trying to source a decent price or get a few purchases and this will reduce the shipping cost
    cheers kelvin

It looks almost like its isnt going to run any sort of watts/panhard since its triangulated. The top arms each have their own mounts unlike the a frame so theres no need for a panhard. That pin appears to use the watts mounting to attach to the dif housing.

    can you say FLEX!

let me know how it goes with pricing etc kelvin as i will almost certainly get one

I've emailed, just waiting for a reply, done a lot of pricing for this type of system, and this is good. I do like the frame over the diff , but want to see where the rear trailing arm is positioned on the diff housing , got to be lower than the original.
Now the d2's are getting more modded , things could get cheaper
