Thread: nanacom/hawkeye

Mate if you can get a new Nanocom before Christmas, you must have a teleporter your not telling us about!!

Not stocked in Aus at the moment and hard to get hold of Mattia to find out how long it's going to be.
The Hawkeye is available thru Rovacraft dealers but do the math and work out what you want in a diagnostic tool.
Hawkeye is really just a code reader and clearer whereas the Nanocom Evolution is quite a bit more flexible.

Search for "Evolution" in threads and you will find a few different ones out there.
Also, go to the files section and I have posted the Hawkeye operators manual there to give you an idea of what it does.
Nanocom is TD5 specific and covers basically every system on a TD5 powered beast where as the Hawkeye is a little limited when it comes to engine related functions.
My preference is for Nanocom for my D2 but the Hawkeye is useable on my RRC too....

Aarrgghhhh!!!!!!

Maybe I just buy both and be done with it...??

Then go Nanocom as it's better suited to the fender than a Hawkeye. Hawkeye is more a Rangie & Disco thing.

Getting a Nanocom for next Christmas is a more realistic goal, I am still waiting for a reply from sales for my enquiry in October.

Seems like a great tool with pretty average support from the manufacturer.

the race is on to see who gets the first reply

I got a response from the info address saying they had no stock and that they would contact me mid November regarding my order, which they never did and now it is the end of December.

If your desperate I would contact them via the info address as the sales one seems a waste of time.
