I have one on my TDV6 'S'.
Use it as trip computer mainly, plus for additional parameters when trying to understand things (this diesel stuff is new to me).
Mounted on velcro strip on top of the steering column.
Trip computer stuff appears to be reasonably accurate (once calibrated) and there is about 3x as many parameters as you would generally want to look at. These days I generally leave it displaying something like:
Distance to empty.
Average fuel consumption (current tank).
Current fuel consumption (prompting my right foot).
Manifold pressure.
Depending on what I am doing I might alternate some temperatures (inlet air, water) or load (% torque).
I haven't looked too much into the programming side of the configuration, although I have got displaying 'kW' and 'boost' as well as mapping some trip parameters accross to the guage display.
I find it useful given I have the poverty pack model D3.
