Help, Nanocom wanted to borrow or buy.

    Hi guys

I need to transfer the Disco2 into my name but i need to get a roadworthy. The guy i use is very reasonable if transfering into my name but even he wants me to first clear the amigo's.
I would like to get this done this week if possible and i am willing to drive to just about anyone's place in Melbourne that can help.Western burbs would suit best but open to all offers of help.
I would prefer to buy a Nanocom from a member who might not have used theirs for a while and could use the cash to buy some toys for their rig, or are selling the vehicle and will sell it instead of giving it away with the car.
I am on a tight budget and cant afford to buy a brand new one. I also cant afford the time and cost of going to the local workshop every time i want to check something or do something like bleed the brakes etc...

If anyone can help, pm me your number or call me on 0438 398 902.
    Many thanks in advance

how do you know that once clearing the 3 Amigos they don't comeback a immediately after you get home, all it could take is you braking or going over a bump, unless you address the problem that is causing it.

To put it simply i dont.
To rectify the problem i must first find out what it is that is causing the fault to be logged. My guess was that a sensor was US or the ABS shuttle valves were buggered. I tested the sensors at the wheels and found them to be ok. ie reading increase in wheel speed.
I cleaned the contacts at the plugs and hoped that might have been the problem.
I thought the shuttle valves might be stuffed but i required a Nanocom to confirm. As it turns out the culprit was the front RHF sensor connection.
There is no point spending time or money replacing parts that are still in working order.
I have only had the vehicle for about a month and need to get a Roadworthy asap to transfer it. It wont pass if warning lights are visible on dash. I could have pulled the globes but i don't like that idea.

Big thanks to Discostu for clearing the codes and all the info he passed on regarding tips, tricks and mods. It's much appreciated and i owe you some beer.

See you on the tracks soon.
