    nanocom

    Might sound stupid but I'm having problems with saving the map file from my TD5 ready fro a remap, can anyone give a step by step guide as I'm ready to drive over the bloody thing!!

    You have to go in TD5 menu and READ MAP FORM THE ECU to read the map you have now on your car. When the nanocon finishes to read it asks if you wanto to save and you press YES. That's it, you have saved your old map.

    When you are ready to remap you have to save the new map you want on the nanocom and in the same manu you do WRITE MAP TO ECU.

    If only it was that easy (it's not!) unless you name the file it won't save it although it says it has and naming the file isn't intuitive.
